Chhera Dwip

Chhera Island is an uninhabited island and extension of St. Martin's Island at the mouth of the Naf River in the Bay of Bengal, within the Chittagong Division of southeastern Bangladesh.

Chhera Dwip, which is a part of St. Martin’s island gets separated during tides. If the connecting land is not submerged, you can take two and a half hours to walk to this place. Alternatively, you can take a motorboat. On this Island, you will find the Corals – living and dead all over the place. A small bush is there which is the only green part of Chhera Dwip.

How To Go

You can reach Teknaf from any part of the country by Bus, Private car. Carey Sindabad, Eagle, LCT Kutubdia, Sea-Truck, Kajal, Sonargaon, Green Line Bay Crew (AC) can cross the Bay of Bengal in two-and-a-half hours to reach St. Martin from Teknaf. If the connecting land is not submerged, you can take two and a half hours to walk to this place. Alternatively, you can take a motorboat.
